We welcome the change.
Moab area has really picked up for Realestate sales in this early 2016. Generally we see sales follow the tourist season, which is to drop after Thanksgiving and pick up around March/April. But this year so far is a welcome change! Moab is really a beautiful place to visit in the winter as well, and many areas in the country had record snow or rain, which has driven the interest toward a desert or easy climate.
We welcome the change.
